Contingency Cruise - Completed May 2020

Performance Highlights - 
​

  • Facilitated several trainings for fellow crew members: AMX, Contingency, Character Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Theater Workshops, and Tours.

  • Conducted and originated trivia nights, gameshows, and scavenger hunts.

  • Attended 25 + HR Classes during on and off time.

  • Honed in on skills with Vocal Lessons, Theater Workshops, and Drawing Classes.

  • Utilized Harvard Mentor alongside D University for professional development

  • Partnered with Cruise Director, Broadcast, and several departments to create a promotional video as a response to COVID-19.

  • Enhanced "Brains and Brawns" programming and offered it to all crew.

  • Offered to become an Ambassador to WDW to assist in reopening within the CDC requirements.

Performance Highlights - 
​

  • Completed interviews and practical skill assessments with Management and sucessesfully was added to the Entertainment succession plan for Assistant Youth Activities Manager, Service Excellence Trainer for Entertainment, and Assistant Stage Manager.

  • Originated and facilitated workshops and trainings for the Entertainment Host team

  • Ran effective rehearsals and trainings for new Crew Members.

  • Shadowed Assistant Stage Manager for calling shows.

  • Shadowed different Management roles and positions for numerous positions, including Crew Drills.

  • Selected to lead Star Wars 101 trainings.

  • Performed Star Wars 101 show for guests with high praise from DCL senior officers & shoreside partners.

  • Pursued personal development through Leadership books, ASL Classes, and Khan University Courses.

  • Created 3 Escape Rooms, facilitated them onboard, and presented them to shoreside partners.

  • Created a Blocking Book for New/updated Programs.

  • Revised Functional Guides to maintain documentation for our current product offerings.

  • Attended Rehearsals for Mickey’s Pirates in the Caribbean.

  • Co-wrote Facilitator’s Guide. Implemented fleet wide.

  • Performed in 118+ shows

  • On succession plan for Assistant YA Manager 

  • Shows initiative with his own development. 

  • Requests time to shadow additional roles 

 

  • Contributed to the morale and knowledge of the wider YA team. 

  • Created and hosted a team event 

  • Ran a training for counselor support. 

  • Selected for the new Youth Activities/Character Hybrid role.

  • Voted Counselor of the Year in this year’s Crew Awards. 

  • Created an invaluable blocking book of all character programs in the Youth Activities spaces.​​​

  • Youth Activities C.A.S.T. and C.E.T. representative 

  • Shadowed AYAMs with their daily duties. 

  • Invited to and actively participated in the YA Leadership Meeting.

  • Continues to be a great support for new talent. 

  • Consistently leads by example while on and off stage.​

  • Delivers strong performances throughout all his shows with strong character choices made. 

  • Displays great energy for each character performed.

  • Provided trainings to provide a better product to Guests.
